LoadHunter Inc. ("LoadHunter," "we," "our" or "us") provides an operations-optimization platform for freight carriers and their dispatch teams (the "Service"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information you share with us. 2. Scope & Eligibility
This Policy applies to anyone aged 18 or older who visits our websites, signs up for, or uses the Service. We do not knowingly collect data from children or minors under 18.

When you request deletion (email [email protected] from the address associated with your account), we erase or anonymize live records within 30 days and roll off backups on their normal schedule.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including:

- AES-256 encryption at rest
- Least-privilege access controls and MFA for staff
- Continuous monitoring and audit logging
No Internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
